The Challenge

Tommy Hilfiger fragrances were already active on Amazon with strong lower-funnel campaigns focused on conversion. However, the brand needed to expand its audience and generate incremental demand, improving the efficiency of lower-funnel media through a more complete full-funnel strategy.

Our Solution

Leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud insights, we analyzed the profile and behavior of existing shoppers to identifyhigh-affinity audiences. These insights guided a full-funnel media strategy combining upper-funnel awarenesscampaigns with DSP, Prime Video and retargeting activations to connect inspiration, consideration and purchase.

By activating lookalike audiences and retargeting users exposed to video campaigns, we created a connected media ecosystem that strengthened lower-funnel performance.
