The Challenge
Amazon Marketing Cloud analysis revealed that Sofidel customers showed very limited cross-category purchasing behaviour, with only a small share of users buying products from multiple categories. This highlighted a major opportunity to increase basket size and customer lifetime value.
Our Solution
Using AMC audience insights, we identified shoppers with high repurchase probability and mapped product affinities acrosscategories.
Based on these insights, we activated targeted Sponsored Display campaigns and cross-selling strategies designed to encouragecomplementary purchases and repeat buying.
The strategy focused on reaching existing customers with relevant product suggestions and promoting Subscribe & Save to reinforceloyalty.
