Sofidel needed to understand how these new recommendationsystems interpret product content and how brands can increase their chances of appearing in AI-driven suggestions.
Our Solution
We conducted a multi-country analysis across Italy, France, Germany, and the UK to understand how Rufus interpretsshopper queries and product information.
By analyzing search volumes, shopper questions, and AI-generated recommendations, we mapped the key decision drivers within the toilet paper and kitchen towel categories. These insights were translated into a drive, product framework linking Sofidel’s hero products to the attributes most relevant for AI-based discovery.
