Our Solution
We designed a controlled approach to Amazon main events, where every activation was guided by clear financial targets, product priorities and margin protection. We built a coordinated plan across assortment, pricing and visibility, managing each phase of the event in real time. By monitoring performance signals daily, we adjusted media investments and placements to maximize impact while staying aligned with retailer rules and brand guardrails.
