The Challenge
In the UK market, Sofidel needed to better understand its customer base and improve long-term value. Analysis showed that a large share of users reached belonged to At Risk or Lost segments, highlighting a clear need to reduce churn, acquire higher-qualitycustomers and stimulate cross-category purchases.
Our Solution
Using Amazon Marketing Cloud, we analyzed shopper behavior through RFM segmentation to identify the most relevant customer clusters.
Based on these insights, we activated three media strategies:
•Reactivation campaigns targeting customers at risk of churn
•Lookalike prospecting campaigns built from high-value customer segments
•Sponsored Display campaigns designed to stimulate cross-category purchases.
This approach transformed customer data into actionable media strategies supporting both acquisition and retention.
