Fidia aimed to bring its premium eye care portfolio to Amazon, overcoming a key barrier: reliance on doctor and pharmacistrecommendations, without losing its premium positioning. The brand needed to make these products known directly to consumers, making them understandable, relevant, and accessible to different targets in an increasingly digital purchasing landscape.
