The Challenge
As eCommerce, retail media, and in-store experiences increasingly overlap, SC Johnson needed to connect fragmenteddata and perspectives across markets. Data and reporting were fragmented across markets, making it difficult for leadership to translate insights into coordinated strategic decisions.
The real challenge was aligning European leadership around a shared omnichannel strategy.
Our Solution
We designed and led “The New Eye Level”, a leadership workshop aimed at aligning brand, shopper, and retailer perspectives across the organization.
Using category data and Amazon insights, we mapped the key digital commerce challenges facing the business and facilitated cross-market discussions on priorities, capabilities, and ways of working.
The Result
SC Johnson teams left the workshop with:

- A prioritized set of digital commerce initiatives
