For Vialetto, Amazon was not just another channel, but the brand’s first market entry. The challenge was launching a premium Italian chocolate brand in a highly competitive environment, giving it a clear identity and making it immediately appealing to Millennials and Gen Z.

We built the brand presence starting from their characters, that became the voice of the brand, guiding shoppers through their story and values and transforming each product into a moment of discovery. Packaging visual were translated across all Amazon properties, image galleries, A+ content and the Brand Store, creating a unified digital identity where every touchpoint reinforced recognition and distinctiveness on the digital shelf.
