The Challenge

In 2024, Sofidel faced the challenge of sustaining growth across a complex European landscape of multiple brands and markets. Traditional media strategies focused on short-term sales were no longer sufficient to unlock further scale.

The brand needed to evolve its approach, turning advertising into a strategic engine capable of generating new demand while increasing the long-term value of its customer base.

Our Solution

To support this shift, Sofidel adopted a full-funnel strategy powered by Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), enabling a deeper understanding of how different media touchpoints influenced the customer journey over time.

Amazon DSP was used to reach high-potential audiences and generate new demand, while Sponsored Ads captured shoppers at key purchase moments. By connecting these activations through AMC insights, Sofidel moved from isolated campaigns to a more integrated media approach designed to drive both customer acquisition and long-term growth.
