To support this shift, Sofidel adopted a full-funnel strategy powered by Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), enabling a deeper understanding of how different media touchpoints influenced the customer journey over time.
Amazon DSP was used to reach high-potential audiences and generate new demand, while Sponsored Ads captured shoppers at key purchase moments. By connecting these activations through AMC insights, Sofidel moved from isolated campaigns to a more integrated media approach designed to drive both customer acquisition and long-term growth.
