Connettivina is a well-known brand in pharmacies, especially among elder customers. But to grow, it needed to reach new audiences online, and Amazon was the right place to do it. The tricky part concerns the product range which is wide, and each category speaks to a different customer, requiring a different voice.

Using category insights (top keywords, seasonality), we listed and promoted every item with the right tone: medical devices with clarity and trust, cosmetics and baby products with a fresher voice to engage younger shoppers.
